My coaching and mentoring clients range in age and need, from navigating the challenge of divorce, being single again, parenting, and remarriage, to mapping a career strategy, including launching and or selling a company. The greatest compliment they have shared is my genuine and empathetic ear for Proverbs 20:5 listening and direct approach to coaching that empowers them toward results.
When I am not coaching, I enjoy focusing on my personal, mental, physical, emotional and spiritual fitness. You will find me enjoying various activities at the YMCA, and the great outdoors playing pickleball, hiking in nature, scuba diving, biking on a trail, camping, and attending food and wine events.
